1. The price of 304 is lower than 316 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel has excellent performance, low unit price and more widely used

2. 316 material contains Mo element, which has better corrosion resistance and heat resistance

3. 316 The Ni content of material is higher than 304 stainless steel, which has better corrosion resistance and heat resistance.

4. 304 material has higher carbon content so it have higher hardness, 316 material has lower carbon content, so it have better plasticity and welding performance

Our commonly used constructions are 1*7, 1*19, 7*7, 7*19, etc.

1*7 construction: It is composed of 7 steel wires, the diameter can be 0.3~6mm, this kind of steel wire rope has relatively high hardness, and it is often used to make fishing line, lighting hanging wire, etc.;

7*7 construction: It is composed of 7 strands of steel wire, each of which contains 7 steel wires. The diameter can be 0.5~6mm. This construction is more commonly used. It can be used as a clothesline, brake cable, seal security cable , traction, drag, etc. more flexible than 1*7 construction

1*19 construction: composed of 19 steel wires, the diameter can be 0.4~3mm, commonly used to make brake cables, the price is lower than 7*7 construction, can be used as an alternative model of 7*7 construction

7*19 construction: It consists of 7 strands of steel wire, each of which contains 19 steel wires. The diameter can be 0.8~14m. It is commonly used in places with high requirements for flexibility, such as the inner wire of fitness equipment rope and the rope for sliding doors; or make thick models Ropes, used for lifting, tugboats, mines, etc.

In addition, there are 19*7 and 7*37 constructions, the maximum diameter can be 16mm
